A positive course for the real estate market in Larnaca!

The real estate sales also increased for Limassol and Nicosia in May. Specifically, the sales increased 135% in Nicosia, amounted to 235 from 100 in May 2020, while for the first five months of 2021 they amounted to 1.110, from 652 in the same period of 2020, recording an increase of 70%. 

Property sales in Paphos increased by 13%, which reached 136 in May 2021, compared to 120 in May 2020. On the contrary, for the first five months of 2021, the sales documents fell by 2%, to 601 compared to 612 in the same period last year. 

With rapid speed, 97%, ran property sales in Larnaca this May, as they amounted to 116 compared to 59 last May, while for the period January-May 2021 increased by 25%, to 566 from 454 in the same period of 2020. In free Famagusta, the sales documents of May amounted to only 38, from 28 in the same month last year, recording a rise of 36%. Regarding the first five months of 2021, there was an increase of 22%, with the selling documents amounting to 214, from 176 in the first five months of 2020.
