Cyprus boasts 69 beaches on Blue Flag 2021 list

The Blue Flag is really a confirmation given by the not-for-profit and non-governmental Foundation for Environmental Education, checking that a beach, a marina or sustainable boating tourism operator meets certain standards. 

These principles are considered rather tough and are continually refreshed and reevaluated. 

The Cyprus’ blue flag beaches are:

Kapparis, Skoutarospilioi, Ayia Triada, Luma, Pernera, Potami, Vrysi C, Vrysi B, Vrysi A,  Protaras, Lombardi islands, Vrysoudia

✔ Ayia Napa

Konnos, Limnara Ammos tou Kambouri, Glyki Nero, Pantahou, Loukkos tou Mandi, Katsarka, Vathia Gonia, Nissi, Nissi Bay, Landa, Makronisos, Ziatzi, Ayia Thecla

✔ Voroknini

✔ Larnaca
